Return Process

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, accessories, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger garden equipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
